Sent dress in to be cleaned and pressed. I wrote a note that the neckline needed special attention and when my helper dropped the dress off she also pointed out about the neckline. When she picked up the dress for me the neckline was not pressed correctly so I phoned and explained the situation. Very promptly a driver came to pick up the dress ( I am wheelchair dependent and don't drive). Not too long after that I received a notice that the dress was ready for pickup.
