I loved cleaning our very large winter comfirter using the special deal. It was fast and well packed to bring out next fall for the upcoming season. By far our favorite cleaners!
Everyone was wonderful! Our comforter got misplaced , and together with those professionals who work at your Manchester Store, and Patricia Morris, the comforter was located. Everyone showed a genuine interest. Patricia called, emailed and to my surprise, when I went to pick up the comforter today, I was told I did not have to pay because it was not there on the date when promised. I have a bag I purchased overseas - I used it so much over the last 8 years that the straps were starting to wear and fray. They fixed them up and reinforced them- the straps are now strong again and is like brand new!!
