Always excellent
I was very impressed with a nice girl at the counter Wednesday afternoon who greeted me when I walked in. I told her that I was a former Sterling cleaners account, but that they were closing and she helped me get set up with an account, delivery, instructions, website, data, etc. She did a superb job and has a very positive and pleasant attitude. Mark S (and his colleagues) always do a wonderful job with our dry cleaning. Mark is friendly, professional, and kind to not just us, but also to our dogs. They rush to the door every Tuesday and Friday morning to greet their favorite friend. Mark is incredibly patient with the hounds, who seem to know he will toss them yet another bone if they don’t mosey on back to the front porch before he shuts the van door. Nor’east Cleaners are the best—from starch to finish. 😉
