I have a bag I purchased overseas - I used it so much over the last 8 years that the straps were starting to wear and fray. They fixed them up and reinforced them- the straps are now strong again and is like brand new!!

It wasn’t an easy solution, but she found one which was impressive. All the girls there really go out of their way to make sure things are right and the customers are satisfied.
