Staff was pleasant and very professional.
Everyone was wonderful! Our comforter got misplaced , and together with those professionals who work at your Manchester Store, and Patricia Morris, the comforter was located. Everyone showed a genuine interest. Patricia called, emailed and to my surprise, when I went to pick up the comforter today, I was told I did not have to pay because it was not there on the date when promised. For this recent transaction, I was told the order will be available by Monday - dropped off (1 piece of clothing) on a Wednesday - it wasn’t much of a big deal, I understand they may be busy and orders are piling up and I am in no rush. Voila! I got a text today Thursday that my order is ready. I just appreciate the efficiency and the prompt communication they sent out.
