Top notch service! Milt & Edie's is the best dry cleaning experience you'll ever have! Their customer service is above and beyond, they do everything to ensure your satisfaction. 10 star service This is the greatest place, take your clothes no where else! Right on a major corner, lots of parking, go in, pick a line, drop off your items, get a reciept and you are done. Any special requests will be met, like one day cleaning, apparel alterations are quick, professional, and top notch. Drycleaning that's kind of fun This is a business that wants to cater to you. Centered where many of the TV and movie studios are, Milt & Edie have a playful flair for customer service. The place is bright and welcoming, the service is very prompt, theyve a popcorn machine, complimentary hard candies laid out, and personnel with name tags showing what country they mayve originated from (at least the last time when I went, they did). Great Service This is one of the top cleaners in Southern California. There is hardly ever a wait and even if there is you can have a complementary snack while you wait. I've had a number of items tailored here and every item has been finished very professionally. The customer service is top notch. The only problem is parking, the lot is small but since the turnaround is so quick I have never had a problem finding a parking place. PROS: Customer Service CONS: Small Parking Lot
Excellent Service The customer service here is world-class! There's usually no waiting, but if there is, have a complimentary donut. The fluff & fold service is pretty expensive, but they're an excellent place to take your dry cleaning.
Amazing Service, but Pricey Milt & Edie's is probably one of the best dry cleaners in Southern California. You won't believe how personal the service is. Just expect to pay for it. Which isn't a bad thing in my opinion, when you consider the alternative. The other reason I love this place is the inspirational messages they post on their sign. Best Cleaners Milt and Edie's has THE BEST staff. They're super fast and will do whatever they have to to accomodate your requests. They do on the spot tayloring when you get something dry cleaned free of charge! They have a really super fast turn around, too - which is always good for last minute people like myself. They are definitely pricey, but if you want the job done right, it's worth it.
