Highly recommend!! I had my gown preserved and when it came to me, the box was damaged from shipping. I had gotten an email to leave a review and I did and kindly explained what I had received. The very next day I get a phone call from them and they asked me to send it back so they could fix it. The lady was super nice. I can't thank them enough!
My husband and I were married 21 years ago and my dress had sat in its original bag for all that time, mostly in storage. It hadn't been cleaned because we didn't have the money after the wedding, and then I was asked to wear it in a play about the 10 virgins in the Bible a few years later, so I was thankful I hadn't had it preserved at that point.
