Dress came back in timely manner and in good condition. My beautiful wedding gown is now clean and preserved.
The gown was cleaned and placed beautifully in a box with a window for viewing and was sent back very quickly. Fast service.
Would definitely recommend. Great service and return delivery time. My dress looks amazing in the box! The plastic wrap is in place and the overall presentation is wonderful. Hopefully in 30 years I'll have a daughter who wants to wear it!
Amazing costumer service and my dress looks amazing in its display box. If I had to complain about anything, it would be that the plastic window is not all the way adhered to the box on one side so it's wrinkled a bit. But that doesnt matter too much since it's sealed in plastic as well. Overall, very pleased and would definitly recommend!
