UPS punctured a hole in the original package breaking the shrink wrap plastic seal but I contacted you and you paid for the return shipping no questions asked. I got the dress back supper quickly both time & it is beautiful!

Always wanted to preserve my wedding dress. So, sure enough, two days after my Wedding, I shipped it off. I purchased my preservation kit at Davids Bridal when I purchased my Wedding dress, great deal on the kit! My dress was cleaned and packaged beautifully! I sent my veil as well and I love how they drapped one layer of the veil over the dress. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star was because I thought the box would be much nicer. It's just a plain white cardboard box. :( Aside from that, it was beautifully done!
Easy directions to pack the dress in the box and ready to be shipped. I had my wedding gown back within a month after shipping it to the company. It looks beautiful in the sealed box. It looks so clean and sparkles like the day I bought it! I would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks Memories!
