Fast and very easy service, would definitely recommend to other brides. My dress came back in a sealed presentation box to protect it so it can last through the years
My gown came back looking brand new and the way that it was packed as if it was still being worn looks beautiful!
My husband and I will be celebrating our 48th anniversary next month. In all those years I just kept my wedding gown in a garment bag in the closet. It was a good thing because my youngest daughter who just got married in August had a request. She wanted me to make her ring pillow out of lace from my wedding gown. I was honored. Shipping was easy and gown was returned quickly. My only concern is that the box is wrapped and the instructions state it should remain that way. The little bit if the dress I can see looks great, but that wasn't the part that really needed cleaning or repaired; I can't see those areas. I did purchase the lifetime premium upgrade, so at least if needed it can be recleaned & preserved.
