I was disappointed in the packaging. I feel like the box should be a shiny material, this is your wedding gown that wasn't cheap! Why use a matte cardboard box that looks like it came with your most recent amazon order in it?

My sister got married in december of 2014 and loves her wedding gown but hates to see things sitting around not being used. I sent my dress off, with a very uneasy feeling it would get lost or something like that... However, before I was expecting, i received an email with my tracking number that it was on its way back to me! I got it and opened it and it was so beautiful! They did an amazing job with it! Im so glad I spent the extra money and got the preservation kit to put my gown in! Well worth the money!

When I received my dress back I loved how the box looked with our names and wedding date etched on the box but I was surprised to see that one of the plastic attachments used to hold the edge of the jacket in place is sticking out on the left side and the edge of the jacket is turned back. Since it's a navy blue dress, it's very noticeable and definitely something that should have been corrected before the box was sealed. I would like to have this corrected.
