Very good and fast service
Very fast and great job. Very happy that my dress is now clean and preserved.
The wedding gown is displayed beautifully. I have not broken the seal but from what I can see, the dress and veil looks like new.
I was extremely nervous sending my dress in. Putting all trust in this company and in the mail service, that nothing horrible would happen. Fortunately, it was not lost :) And, as far as I know not damamged. What I didn't like however, was the fact that only the dress comes with the package, not the veil or other accessories. I consider it ridiculous that I had to pay an extra $15 to include my veil. All in all, I was happy with the service, and my dress looks great.
My experience was good. My dress was back very fast! It looked great when I got It back!! Thank you!
My gown was cleaned and packaged beautifully! I was also surprised how fast they shipped my gown back to me. I sent my wedding gown in about 3 days after I was married and it was returned to me with in 3 weeks of my wedding! :) I was also very excited that the box was sealed. My dress was delivered to me on a rainy day, and it sat outside until I got home from work, only the outer box was damp, the box that was sealed was perfectly fine! I know I will treasure my preserved wedding gown for years to come!
Thank you very much for restoring my gown! Looks nice. I was just hoping for a different color box, so my dress would stand out a bit. But its lovely. My only main concern was that the box was left on my door step. If someone was on the lookout and stole my dress I would have been devastated. I probably would have preferred to have someone sign for something that expensive.
