The dress looks great and was done much faster than I expected.
The process was easy and efficient. Everything I needed was in the package, down to the tape I needed to seal the box. I was notified when my gown was received, and I received it a couple of weeks later. I was so surprised at how quickly it all went! It was so worth the price for the service! Thank you!

I sent my dress off to get preserved and when I got it back in the mail I was so excited to be reunited with it however that quickly went away when I opened the package and saw my dress was two different colors. Some might be asking why I still gave a three star rating but I did so because the customer service was excellent. They got right on top of my situation and unfortunately they had to refund me the cost of my dress thus never got it back.
