I purchased my gown preservation on bed bath and beyond website. I'm so happy that I did! My dress came back looking amazing. The open window case is perfect! I'll be able to look back at my dress for years to come. Also, the women were very helpful with questions I had over the phone. My dress was only gone for about two weeks. Highly recommended! :)

It took two times to get it right, but the dress was properly arranged when it arrived try second time. The first time, the dress was on the form backwards, despite the tag in the back, and the worksheet they filled out said, "no tag." When I called, I received a free return label for them to correct my dress and the lady on the phone was nice. The biggest problem overall is that the dress shifts in the sealed box during shipping, so if they carefully place it, UPS shakes it up before you see it. I would like to see an opti... read more

From drop-off to delivery, I can't imagine that TMW could have made their service any more convenient. Thank You TMW for beautifully preparing my gown as a lifetime keepsake.

My gown came back cleaned and preserved in a quick amount of time. It is also beautifully displayed in the sealed box. The cost was reasonable and they really do take the extra step to personalize your dress if you request it. I'm very glad that I went and had my dress preserved.

My dress is presented so beautifully thanks to you. I was not sure what to do with my dress but I knew I was not ready to let it go. When I was told about your company I knew right away I wanted to go this route. It was easy and the turnaround was fast. I love the end result. My bouquet and my veil are in with my gown. Dress came back in great condition, and very timely. No damage from what I could see in the box window, and it was presented very beautifully. I got the extra preservation and guarantee, in the hopes that a daughter will one day want to use it (that extra bit comes with a complimentary cleaning). You have to look very carefully for the veil because it was laid behind the dress, as if you were wearing it... looks fine to me. A good, heavy box, with very secure packaging. Glad to have had such a great experience!
