My dress had all kinds of stains so and issues after my amazing night! Lol they made it look like new. It's looks beautiful in the box.
They were very friendly on the phone and answered all my questions. The process was very laid out. My gown looks great and was back weeks before the estimated duration.

Box was presented very beautifully however since it is sealed for the preservation i can not confirm that the bottom of my gown is clean.
