I recently brought my wedding dress in for cleaning after it was stained during my bridal portrait session so that it would be cleaned for my wedding. I brought the dress in on March 16th, and it was not done until June 2nd. It was sent back a total of three times as each time it came back it looked exactly the same as when I sent it. I was told on drop off that if I returned the hangers I would receive $ off. When I picked up my order the gentleman said he did not know who told me that but he knew nothing of this. Everyone needs to be on the same page. Is a discount provided upon hanger return, or not? Simple.

Elizabeth was very nice and courteous. Prices are way too expensive. Over $26 to clean a pea style ladies jacket! I won't be back.

Over priced. Item I picked up on previous experience had a huge stain on my blouse after I picked up and I was never notified of it. Customer service was terrible as they did no service recovery. It’s a shame because they are the most convenient cleaner location, but it’s cheaper and better to drive across town!

I have never paid over $8.00 to get one pair of pants clean. I understand that you reside in a high income area so you feel the need to price gauge. However, there is a reason you don’t advertise your prices or let the walk in know. I walked in and dropped my pants off assuming the price was reasonable. It wasn’t obviously. Before you tell me you are comparable to the area don’t. I found 5 other dry cleaners that are less. I will not be using your service again.

I didn’t know it’d be $27 for three shirts and two pairs of pants to be laundered/dry cleaned if I would of known I would have never visited this dry cleaner. I assume they are still in business because of the lack of options in the area and there not being a price menu on their website or in the store, taking customers by surprise, like myself. I will not be back. I have used these types of dry cleaners before and have never been charged $5 per garment, never ! Super disappointing.
