I gave Medlin at Olive Chapel and Green Level two identical blankets to dryclean. When they came back one had a small orange speck on it which looked like food. I asked for it to be redone as there had been no stains when I dropped them off. The blanket ended up getting lost for a few days. Your service is fine, but I think $51 to clean one men’s dress shirt and one little girls dress is insane.
Staff was not very friendly
I clicked on the 25% off coupon for dry cleaning, a few days later another coupon for laundry, was emailed to me so I clicked on that. Now when I arrived at the Dry cleaner’s they say I cannot have the 25% off because I clicked on the laundry coupon. I do not see anywhere on those coupons that one can only use 1 coupon. I made a special trip out today for this on a very busy day. I am very disappointed with this Dry Cleaner. Don’t offer what you cannot provide. I left with my dry cleaning.
My items were completely covered in lint. I had to vacuum everything and re-wash it all again.
Too expensive, $9.65 to dry clean a sport coat?!
The service is fast but not quality. I gave bunch of my shirts and trousers for laundry. Trousers are still have foldings, same with some shirts as well. The quality is not good.
Understand costs are rising but felt your service is very expensive in relation to competition. Without knowing any other factors I can only comment on total price. Love convenience as it is nearby and had no issues with turnaround time- but overall cost will prevent me from using more frequently.
