First time taking items to this location & I will never be back. Items were not properly cleaned. Had to take them back 3x. Managers argued with me & husband when 2 other employees verified that the items were not stained when they were first dropped off. A 200.00 shirt ruined & nothing was done after speaking with 3 different managers. DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING OF VALUE TO THIS PLACE. They are unprofessional & will not take care of your items. HONEST REVIEW AND EXPERIENCE PLEASE READ BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH MEDLIN-DAVIS (Spoiler: it was terrible service in multiple regards). My wife dropped off her mud covered wedding dress on December 3rd. We opted to go with Medlin-Davis despite their higher than average price because we were familiar with the name from their several locations. Avoid Medlin-Davis at all costs. Simply put: they do not deliver on their promises, and they do not care. I dropped off a suit for pickup in the evening three days later (the date and time was printed on the ticket). I arrived at the scheduled time, and my suit was not there. The staff member could not tell me when my suit would be ready; they could not even guarantee that it would be ready by close-of-business that day. "It will get here when it gets here", they said. Such a pathetic customer service that I can't even write about them. I am a UNC MBA student and live in Berkshire (nearby Medllin Davis Galleria Store, Chapel Hill). I gave them my 3 biz suits 4 days back and was told that they will deliver it in the evening today. When I wen to pick up, I was told to pick them tomorrow. I took my brand new wedding gown (tags still on) to Medlin Davis Cameron Village to be steamed before my wedding. I had talked with David, the owner on the phone about it and he assured me they would do a great job. After I picked it up (the day before my wedding) there were multiple SPOTS on my gown—most looked to be makeup or from a press (which I specifically asked them NOT TO PRESS). I brought a suit in to be repaired. It came back worse. The customer service was horrible. I was given excuses to what happened and they refunded me my money, but it doesn't change the fact that I was talked to in a disrespectful way by the tailor and made to feel like I shouldn't have asked them to fix the garment.
