M- D did a great job with my leather coat! I will definitely use them again for my dry cleaning needs!
I took four pieces of clothing to the Wakefield location. My favorite jacket came back with a stain on it. One of my outfits the belt had been ripped off of it. The third outfit looked like someone had slept in it. I immediately took pictures and contacted this location. I spoke with Tina who was Manager on duty. She kept insisting that I bring the items back to the location. BEWARE!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!!! I wish I would have read the reviews here before I dropped off my items. They totally ruined my custom made sweater. It cost me $60. I was polite to the staff and asked if I could be compensated fr the cost of the sweater. The owner called me and told me he refused to take accountability and refused to give me compensation for the cost of the sweater. Poor service!
