One stop to drop off clothing, set up delivery services with rapid follow up from delivery services manager who worked hard to assure he could locate us in new address and new house. Then, driver showed up as planned on day one but had not brought dropped off clothing as special request made. I was not completely surprised as it was special request. 30 minutes later delivery manger showed up at my door with special request dry cleaning in hand. Excellent personalized service and start!!!
