Excellent quality, reasonably priced, and free pick-up and delivery is great!
The cleaning was good and the staff very friendly as usual. My concern was the fact that my $10 credit coupon only reduced my bill by $8.00. The clerk couldn’t explain it and I left a message on your website but haven’t heard back yet. This isn’t the first time it’s happened a no one can ever explain why $10 isn’t valued as $10.

On time service at a good price
We were happy that the quilt was returned on very next delivery visit. In past, household items took an extra visit. Also liked that quilt was packaged in zipper case. In truth we haven't used Medlin-Davis in a while because household items were lost in past (found later, but still caused anxiety) and regular dry cleaning once was damaged, with repairs not resolved for months. Looks like pick up and delivery service may be more dependable now.
