The service is mostly perfect- two problems I gave had, though-#1. A monogrammed sheet was lost ( but I was paid back for it- someone is enjoying it!) #2. I have had some sheets returned with what looks like stains from ironing that was too warm. When I returned them, I was charged again. After using your service for more than three years, this is not bad!

The driver, Antony Kago is excellent. He’s quick and responsive to emails and questions. We’ve been so pleased with the cleanings of linens, rugs and deliveries.
