I brought In a white decorative sofa pillow that had a blood stain. I was leery that it could be removed as I didn’t know how old it was. I signed the release form knowing it might not come out or it could be made worse. They told me it would be a week. They called me the next day for pick up. To my pleasant surprise , it was completely gone without a trace! I am very happy and relieved!
