Our clothes were cleaned and pressed perfectly. The pick up and delivery was extremely convenient. Great experience overall.
I have mixed feelings about my experience. My socks were laid flat during the folding process. Thanks for that. However, my biggest complaint is that liquid fabric softener is not used, and my clothes feel rough to the touch. Maybe the soap is not rinsed out totally. I don't know how to address this issue. Also, my t-shirts are not folded properly. What I mean by that is that t-shirts should be folded the same way one would find shirts folded in the retail store.
