Always great service and cloths are always done quickly.
Clothes were soft. Socks were not laid flat after repeated requests. T-shirts were not folded correctly which has been another ongoing issue. No holes in the plastic delivery bag this time. Overall the care of laundering clothes has been inconsistent. I rate last week's load as AVERAGE.
As always on time and our clothes look great.
I was not satisfied with my current dry cleaners. My shirt collars and cuffs were not cleaned to my satisfaction. I had used Medlin-Davis years ago and decided to try again. A facility is near my office. The 5 shirts I recently had cleaned are now clean! The collars and cuffs are white again. I hope to receive the same quality workmanship each time I use Medlin-Davis.
High marks for customer service for the young woman who waited on me.
