Ask for heavy starch in my jeans,didn't get that,seems to be just pressed,dry clean😒
A bit pricey. It's true that when I dropped off my clothes and asked how much it would be - the attendant replied that she wouldn't know my total until after she put my order into the computer system - but She did hand me a green price list which I didn't look at until after I got home. Once I looked at the price list I realized then what I was to expect . . . . a bit pricey.
Everything was fine.
I brought in a suede shirt and the girl at the counter was u site of the charge so later called and told me the item would need to be sent out and would be $40 - so I declined and instead indicated I would stop by and get the shirt. When I arrived I was told the shirt had already been picked up by the suede expert! I did NOT want tHat shirt cleaned for that price because so was concerned the stains would not come out. Took different coats to 3 different cleaners. All did a great job. M-D was the most expensive for a similar coat.

Well. A young girl, probably high school age, took my most recent drop off. I asked for the majority of my husband's shirts to be folded (which is in the system as our preference) and a few of the shirts to be hanging. I can't recall the exact number ratio. Only 3 were folded, and the rest (probably 6-8) were hanging. The kicker was that some of the hanging shorts had tags on them that said "FOLD". Oops. Also, the plastic tag holder things that are "shot" through the shirts leave a hole in the shirt that is noticeable. This ... read more

Hi Kara, thank for letting us know this information. I will be checking with our production manager because the fold flags in the shirts were missed for some reason and this is not acceptable. I will also be investigating the shirt clips. these are used so as to preserve the press on the sleeves. We have not yet had reports od them causing damage so this is a big concern to me and I will be looking into it immediately. Thanks Brett Allan
My first experience was not the best. The items arrived about 3 weeks later than I was told they would be back. Also the cost was very expensive. I had 2 rugs cleaned and the larger rug cost almost as much as I paid for it initially to have it cleaned.
They picked up and dropped off my dry cleaning as scheduled. The email I received stated, "Chris will also drop off bags, door hook and hanger box for your convenience." I didn't receive anything except my laundered clothing. Thanks!
