Friendly and professional customer service- great job with cleaning my hand-made blankets!
My experience with MDC for it must be 10 years has continually been excellent at the Penny Road and Kildaire Farms location. I usually drop off in the early morning and then pick up in the Late afternoon. The individualized service provided early and late has been excellent and really appreciated. I assume this is the result of staff selection and in house training. The product of cleaning my clothes has also been excellent at least 99% of the time. Only one bag delivered so I can't drop off and pickup on the same day Expensive, twice what I used to pay with my previous service.
Starting into my 4th year with Medlin-Davis, having moved here from Dunwoody, Georgia (Atlanta) on December 15, 2011. Continue to be very pleased with the quality of your work and the friendly service from Pam Davis and her staff on Kildare Farm Road. Do like the email heads-up on notification of items that are available for pick up prior to expected time! Keep doing what you are doing, it's working!
