You guys are great. The gentleman that works in the afternoon (Preston location), at least he was there Wednesday at 5pm is the best! He's friendly, fast, personable ... and always has been. I will say when I dropped my clothes off on Monday morning, I stood there for a few seconds waiting for someone to come out. I finally looked around the corner and the woman appeared to be on her phone. It may have been business related for all I knew but still, not the best customer service.
