The seamstress was wonderful.
I dropped off a large bedspread to be laundered and it came back nice and clean in a lovely carrying container that I will keep it in for off season storage. They were very friendly and professional. I am making Medlin my go to cleaners from now on!

I turned in two jackets with hoods to be cleaned. Yesterday when I got word and went to pick up my jackets I got one jacket and two hoods. The missing jacket is navy but they sent back a pink jacket with the navy hood. The navy jacket was in the system so now they’re trying to find it. This is not the first time I’ve had difficulties with my jackets being cleaned. The last two times I’ve got the jacket back without the hood.
Everyone was very helpful. The only thing is - my name is Rosemarie (which I said was one word) NOT Rose Marie. Happens all the time.
Michelle is outstanding with treating each customer as special.
I was sitting in my car in front of the cleaners and the lady working there saw me and came out to see if she could bring my item out to me!! How great was that!! I chose to go in and get it. That s a great place to do business and I appreciate them so much and the service they give to their customers. I also love the fact that they notify their customers when their dry cleaning is ready!! Thank you,
