I took a jacket to be cleaned because it had a mystery stain on the front. After the regular cleaning process, some of the stain remained. I agreed to trying a cold water wash. When I picked up my jacket, I was told that the owner had come by the facility and had personally worked on the stain before the second wash. The stain was gone, my jacket looked great, and there was no additional charge for the extra effort required to get out the stain!
