They did an amazing job getting stains out of a blazer!
At a Friday drop off to get a pant zipper replaced I was told to expect an email when ready, suggesting it would be by the following Friday. I called after that to inquire about the job, and there seemed to be some confusion about pick up. When I said no pressing is needed, the person on the phone said I could pick up immediately. I received a text and an email notification letting me know the job was done, after my phone call.

I'm sorry about the confusion on this order Mr Pillersdorf. Our process is to clean items before they are sent to our seamstress but for some reason we accepted this order without a cleaning which threw our processes out of whack. I have used this example with our team to empahsize why they need to follow the correct process.
