We’re always greeted in a cheerful manner when we drop off or pick up, no matter how busy the staff might be. We are made to feel like our business is central to their efforts in that moment .
All items were done in neat manner. Delivery was completed as planned and professionally.
Customer service is very patient, pleasant and helpful, even the Martinizing system have errors and limitations. The dry clean was good. with heavy suits suggest to use stronger hangers that doesnt crack/break before it gets home to a wooden hanger.
