Rug was never sent out to Arslanian's for cleaning. I found this out today and I received a phone call I believe Tuesday to come pick up the rug. According to an employee Wednesday afternoon I asked for the rug not to be cleaned. I was never contacted. So now the rug will be sent out to be cleaned. Someone at the store dropped the ball.

They are friendly, courteous, and make a special effort to make sure I am pleased with their service. Any item of clothing or linen is clean and nicely pressed.
