Pants where not done corrrectly horrible service

Hello Ms. Ruiz, as we discussed on the phone on Monday, we are always happy to redo a garment which was not done to your satisfaction at no cost. We strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every job. The few times we cannot have always been related to removal of stains, as some stains simply cannot be removed without damaging the garment. In this instance, however, you related that your dissatisfaction was with the level of starch within the jeans, which we would be happy to redo. Please let us know if we can assist.
