KJ - your attendant/customer service rep was very accommodating and kind. She was very thoughtful about helping turnaround around a large bundle of clothes via delivery to an area that is not typical for you. I was extremely grateful. Your seamstress also repaired a jacket quickly, and the cleaners were attentive to stains and marked that they had worked on trying to get them out if it was a tough stain. I really appreciate all of the attentive service and will definitely come back! Thanks so much
