The entire staff is top of class. You are always treated like their best customer when conducting business. I like that all the ladies remember my name when I enter and more than willing to assist with carrying my clothes to the car. Who does that? They do!
Always a good experience
The staff is always friendly and the service is prompt. I appreciate that may uniforms come back nicely pressed and undamaged. My son recommended this location and I have been using Martinizing ever since. An added bonus is their evening and weekend hours make picking up and dropping off convenient.
The dry cleaning was completed well and I love the popcorn, but the staff person assisting me loudly repeated my phone number and announced my full name; she should be a bit more careful of my personal information when other customers are present.
I got exactly what I asked and when promised.
Clean and pressed garments, friendly smile and free popcorn and turnaround is great. Love this place.
I moved out of Alameda and decided to come back after trying MULTIPLE cleaners in Oakland. The quality, the quick turnaround and the excellent hours make Martinizing worth the trip!
