First of all, it took awhile for me to pick up my clothing. Loved the fact Customer Service Rep did not say how long my clothes were there. Best part she helped me with my clothes. Now that’s awesome customer service.

Great service and quick turn around. My heavy winter jacket looks and smells great.
Martinizing is great except that they’ve lost or ruined two items and never made it right. Lost item was never reimbursed and I finally gave up after months of working with the manager. For the ruined item I cannot get the manager to contact me after multiple attempts. I’m out the cost of both items without any compensation and little to no follow up. If they don’t lose or ruin your clothes then they are great.
They were friendly fast and even had my comforter in a plastic reusable bag . Just like new. I’d will def use them again .
