You hemmed two pair of jeans. Seamstress does nice work which is why I used you again. But your pricing is high for this simple task ($16 ea). I hope she gets almost all of that.

Originally the coat that was brought in for cleaning was listed in error as a full length coat. When I picked it up the clerk told me of the mistake, she adjusted the cost to reflect the correct pricing. I appreciate the honesty, personally I would not know if they charged me more than required.
Very happy with service. Garments are cleaned on-time. I like being notified via email when I can pick-up my items.
Were able to save some clothes that had mold damage! Very happy with the results.
The biggest stain (Thanksgiving gravy) that I was hoping to be removed was still there. Guess I was expecting too much, but the stain was only a few days off so I thought they should be able to remove it. Maybe I will just hand wash it next time.

My comforter came back great! I thought the price was a bit steep, but it seems to be the going rate at other place. A quick idea is to have one of the "stamp cards", so that after 10 visits, you get one free or something like that. Or, a discount on your first visit!
