Always nice people, consistent quality, and will work something me if I need a certain item done faster than usual.
I have had many pieces of clothes cleaned, and that's been great. I've also had special things done: elastic on skirts and dresses replaced, the same parts sewed so the elastic doesn't turn over, and small sheep rugs cleaned. All has been done very well, and the people at Martinizing are so nice and polite, it's pleasant to use them. And because they are in the South Shore Mall in Alameda, you can do your dry cleaning tasks while you're shopping, eating, etc. Very good place!
Most of the spots were removed from the clothes that I brought in. But I asked for buttons to be reinforced on two coats and they weren't touched, they came back exactly the same. I have plenty of dry cleaning to do but I can't take it somewhere where corners are cut.
Great, friendly service. Nicely folded and packaged clothes. The only thing I did not like was the way the shirts were folded. The color was folded in half, which should never happen when a long sleeve shirt is folded.
I came in with a rush order - I needed my warm coat in order to travel to a funeral. I came in feeling so stressed and sad. The young man behind the counter was so kind and courteous. The warm costumer service I received made me feel a bit better. Same professionalism when I returned for pick up.

Customer service is very good. However, the clothes did NOT clean well, especially one of the jacket is still dirty and damaged.
Here are a few reasons why I already love you guys: 1. Plenty of parking spaces 2. Great location 3. Friendly service 4. Up-to-date technology 5. Excellent work 6. Free popcorn 7. I had paid and left the store, but forgot to grab my items. The worker rushed out and gave me my items. I truly appreciate that extra work that was done.
