Drop off and pick up were smooth and seamless. All items were dry cleaned and ready as promised. Customer service was excellent!

I arrived to claim my cleaning . A woman was coming across the parking lot saying she was closed for lunch O.K. ? I said it was not O.K.As I HAD COME FROM ACROSS TOWN TO GET MY THINGS . She unlocked the door saying come back at 1:30 ! Then walked into the back ,after locking the door from the inside . It would have taken her maybe five minutes to get my things And ring up the sale .
