I appreciate Monica's careful attention and I prefer using this dry cleaning service (to other companies in town)because I know my clothes will come out perfectly every time.
I love this place, the results are always beautiful. Never had a problem with my clothing or the people there.
Always great, but the time before last, a pair of slacks were ripped in the back, and this last time, my bag that I use to drop off clothes was lost, just the bag, thankfully not my clothes. It concerns me because the tag on it has my full name and phone #, and if given to another customer, I don't appreciate my information being compromised.
