My experience was fine - always excellent service and kind folks but my down comforter had many fine wrinkles as if in a pile for a long time . I dont know if thats a function of the new cleaning operation or not but usually is super fresh and fluffy. I bring it to the cleaners to get cleaned and get help with ensuring the feathers are balanced in the comforter. Thank you.
