New in town and looking for a dry cleaner. Found you in the Yellow Pages app. Very competitive pricing. Dropped off in late afternoon. Was surprised to get an email the next day saying my cleaning was ready for pick up Keep up the good work.
You cleaned the wife's coat well. But, the front counter young black girl does not have the attitude to work with the public, reason being is she is gloomy, not a happy greeting or welcoming to your store. Communications is 60 % non verbal. You do know that correct?
I took my bed comforter to get clean and small rip repaired. When I picked my my comforter the rip was badly done. I asked to them to repair the rip over. And bed comforter badly fader. The wash took the color off my bedspread. I would not recommend your shop at all. The wash made my bedspread look very bad. It has a ashy look to it now. I’m actually upset looking at it. Wasted money and time.
