They kept a dress I dropped off two years ago and completely forgot was there and when I brought some clothes in recently they reminded me it was still there! Always courteous prompt and never had a problem with their cleaning. They go out of their way to serve their customers. They are careful to point out if dry cleaning might pose a problem with a particular garment I generally don’t use the pick up/drop off. Service but will when I need to. This is the first time we used their delivery service due to our medical problems and found it to be very convenient and useful. They were excellent at keeping us informed as to when they would be arriving and came within the window of time for both the pickup and delivery. The delivery people were very courteous. The shirts were cleaned well and came wrinkle free. We have used their walk in service for many years and now can rave about their delivery service as well.
