They kept a dress I dropped off two years ago and completely forgot was there and when I brought some clothes in recently they reminded me it was still there! Always courteous prompt and never had a problem with their cleaning. They go out of their way to serve their customers. They are careful to point out if dry cleaning might pose a problem with a particular garment I generally don’t use the pick up/drop off. Service but will when I need to.
