Did not like the price change after I came to pick up the clothes.
I've been a customer for the last 25 years and have not had a complaint about the service neither with the employers the young man that Waits on me knows my name and is curious
Very expensive I had 3 pairs of pants repair the pants a shirt an a short jumper and I paid $70. I'm never come back again your prices is Ridiculous
Dropped off Clothing and took time adding spit stickers to stains. I picked up clothing and stains were still present on some items. Left items with cleaners for a redo.
They removed years old stains and yellowing from a white linen suit. It was like magic. The suit looks brand new.

Employee was too familiar with me. Did not count my clothing upon entry; I was told that had some loose items that no one knew they were and I have still one order of 5 pieces that are lost in your shop.

Dear Mr. Roberson, I apologize for the issues you have had with us! I am hoping you will give us another chance. I was told you did not want to wait on a piece count as you had a large quantity of items you were dropping off. Because of the large quantity of items, not all of the pieces could be ready for Saturday. The 4 pieces left ( not 5) are currently ready and waiting for you to pick up at the Willow St. store.
