Prompt service. Liked the electronic "ready notice". Friendly staff. Pricing seems high but this is my first experience with DC here having just moved from the Philadelphia area. Maybe regional difference.

I had a bad experience the very first time as a new customer when I went to pick up my clothes on the day an time that they told me my clothes would be ready an when I got there on time none of my clothes was ready so I had to make other arrangements to provide clothing to carry with me on a trip out of town which the ones I had in the cleaners was the ones that I needed to take on my trip with me so I had to change my attire to meet my obligations as expected on my trip so I was very displeased with the service from the beg... read more
I’m a new customer and do not have stuff dry cleaned regularly, however I have in the past. I had 3 shirts laundered and folded as opposed to on hangers. I was extremely impressed with how they were done! My girlfriend thought I went shopping with the decorative type bag. All in all, a great experience and they will get my recommendation! Thank you!
