I love that Lapels gives us a reminder text that the driver will be coming by for a pick up. I didn’t even make a reservation for a pick up and last minute collect items I needed dry cleaned. The ease of pick up and drop off at home and result of the services are above quality and expertise of any dry cleaner I have experienced.

It would have been five stars as when I went and picked up my shoirts it smelled like body odor so badly. I don’t know if it was the attendant or the dirt shirts in back or something but I don’t want to go into my dry cleaners and smell body odor. Smelled like a locker room. Other than that everything was great!
