Lapels did a wonderful job getting my 17 articles of clothing all cleaned up! They were extremely efficient and worth every penny. I highly recommend!!

Turn around time and tailoring Gal were excellent. I had asked for some starch in my shorts that did not seem to happen. I had some pants pressed that were pressed on the side and not in the middle showing the line down the front and back for some Reason. I have been a customer for many years. Next time in I can bring the pants back perhaps and have them re pressed.

I’ve been going here for the last 10yrs and have had zero problems whatsoever until this past week. I dropped my clothes off on Wednesday and asked specifically if they’d be ready by Saturday as I was planning to go out of town. The employee Said yes they would be ready. I arrived Saturday and only half of my stuff was ready. First world problems I get it, but it was the Complete lack of concern that the employee had for my belongings that pissed me off. The store was very clean. The woman who helped us was extremely friendly and helpful. She gave us a list of their prices which were very reasonable. I received a text when my coat was ready for pick up. It was done very well and the staff member even gave me a tip to keep the coat clean. A very pleasurable experience! Thank you Lapels!
