You don’t seem to be able put on the center crease on my dry cleaned jeans on a regular basis. This time it took two weeks to get it done properly.

Drop off and pickup were fine. I was just unaware of amended hours so had to make two trips but checked the website for times. While I guess competitive in the locale, I think $13 for 2 garments is really expensive. In my previous city, I could get 4 garments for same price. Supply and demand. I understand.
