Staff was polite, experienced, friendly and professional. Excellent customer service. Also, in this new time of helping to decrease the spread of the corona virus, the offer for free delivery is extremely generous. This is usually a paid service and puts the staff themselves at risk. This was my first time using their services and they immediately gained a loyal customer!!

Excellent service. We moved into our new home and had several large bed covers that were spiked by the movers. They were gross! I took them by Lapels and they had them back in two days fresh as new. They did a great job.
